Why Join Our Guild Team?

Joining the Guild as a full-time Bazaar player is an opportunity to dedicate more of your time to Alchemy play, bring your creativity into a more public forum, be part of the day-to-day running of the Guild during the festival, and help out behind the scenes to create a fun, immersive, and inclusive environment for your fellow players.

As a Bazaar player, you will be part of a neutral faction that does not participate in the contest itself, but instead spend lots of your time in a town center full of activity. Full-time Guild players play the Skill Course trainers, administrators, archivists, contest judges. and researchers that form the backbone of the Guild, but also have the ability to pursue their own stories, both within the Bazaar and in the Camps, with the support and guidance of Guild leadership. Your character might teach a class, hire themself out as a mercenary, judge the Dragon Egg competition, tend the garden, host a public demonstration of alchemical prowess, conduct a long term study involving players across multiple years, maintain the Guild archive, or any number of other things you can dream up.
